Any date or deadline we show is computed from USPTO data and may be wrong or out of date. Verify every date on the official USPTO record or with your attorney before relying on it. We are not responsible for missed deadlines.
The sample register
The register shown on the home page is illustrative. Its entries are invented, some of them generated from the mark you type, and are not USPTO records.
Free reports and the founding price
Free reports are limited to 3 per email address and will be sent once our index of USPTO filings is live. Reserving the founding price is not a purchase and you can ignore it. If Similark launches, the founding price is $9 a month per watched mark for as long as you keep a continuous subscription.
